Credit Card Ordering: All credit card orders are first secure and all information is encrypted for safety. All information entered in processing your credit card is used ONLY for the purposes of completing your order. You must provide VALID information or your order will not be processed. Shipping: You'll know exactly how much shipping will cost. All shipping costs are added to your order in real time by selecting either UPS or United States Postal Service calculators. Simply "Check Out" and enter your shipping information in the Order Form. We accept orders ONLY from the United States for protecting both you (the customer) and us. This helps us verify that all information is correct and that your order will arrive on time and that you are satisfied.

Payment: Ordering is secure using your Master Card, Visa, Discover or American Express. Credit card charges will appear on your statement from Griptight Computer Solutions. Designer Memory Products orders are processed through our financial operations which is Griptight Computer Solutions.

Return Policy: All Designer Memory "Personalized It" Products are custom ordered products and are non-returnable unless we have made an error in production. In the case where it is our mistake, you have the option of returning the item for a full refund or having another one produced and shipped at our expense. You must let us know by e-mail or telephone within 24 hours from receipt of order. The complete order must be returned in the original packaging and mailed within 48 hours for a full refund. "Greetings" cards, "Reflections" candles, all of our "Gallery" line products and all non-personalized products may be returned for a refund by first contacting us. Next our "Ordering" department will then give you instructions and approval for returning these products. Designer Memory Products will make all attempts to rectify your problem with these products. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.

Merchandise received damaged: You must notify UPS at 1-800-7425877 or (USPS) United States Postal Service, by going to your local post office and Designer Memory Products (Return questions HERE) immediately.

Books: CDROM or Ebook versions are considered software and cannot be returned. Software is non-returnable by Federal Law. Hardcover editions may be returned where mistakes in printing occur.

Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. All information collected is used in the ordering process only. The type of information that is collected in the ordering process includes: Name, Address, Telephone (for any special requests etc.) and email address (used to send a copy of your order). All credit card information is secure and safe with each order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

Email Policy: We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Store Registration and Newsletter Sign Up: Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses. Our Commitment To Children's Privacy & Adult Content: Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our web site from those we actually know are under 18, and no part of our web site is structured to attract anyone under 18. This commitment will be upheld and enforced. All photographs, artwork and designs are considered copyrighted and will ONLY be used in your order or as you requested. We never accept any requests, photos, information to include request for anything that may be considered of an Adult nature. We also will never accept and will severally screen all materials sent by mail or email attachment or by our "Send Us Your Artwork" page that contain anything of an Adult nature. We will not accept any information to include pictures from web based "Friends" sites, web based photo share web sites or alike due to the lack of restrictions and policies for sharing such information with others.

Spanning Policy: Spamming is wrong! We don't like to receive Spam so we will never send you Spam. We respect your privacy.

Shipping Policy: Standard orders received will be usually shipped in 2 to 3 business days excluding holidays. Large orders or orders requiring special handing will be shipped as soon as they are completed. Rush orders are available and you must contact us, with your order, for this service. All orders are subject to quantities and stock available on hand. Color and substitutions are at our discretion and we will notify you when this is necessary.

Photography Policy: All photography (or Artwork) received MUST be a COPY. ORIGINALS may NEVER be used in any order. All professional photographs must be accompanied by a release signed and dated by your photographer. If you do not have a signed release, please do not submit photographs or digital images. All photography, artwork or logos used in any order will remain on file with Designer Memory Products for reordering purposes only for a period of one year.

Reciprocal Link Exchange Policy: Designer Memory Products encourages Reciprocal Link Exchanges with web sites that are willing to exchange links. Designer Memory Products reserves the right to discontinue any link that we feel that is not in our best interest, concerns for content of the web site or content of the language within any and all web pages.
